Breaded Fish Sticks

* These are recipes which my toddler baby loves and snacks on. Every baby is different. Offer single-ingredient foods at first, and wait three to five days between each new food. Always check your baby for any reaction to a particular food.

This is one of the easiest way to make them eat fish. My son loves to eat fish with rice and sambhar. But recently i came up with the idea to try some breaded fish and he loves it.
I altered a Martha Stewart Fish stick recipe. Here it goes.
I usually get Salmon,Tilapia, shrimp and milk fish.

2 cups Breadcrumbs (Panko or Italian seasoned or whichever you want to get
1 cup all purpose flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste (If you baby can take the heat)
1 beaten egg with salt and pepper
Fish fillet, cut into long pieces ..long enough for babies to hold and small enough to finish one.

we will have to shallow fry these. So heat up the skillet and pour in enough oil.
Place flour, egg and breadcrumbs in 3 different plates in this order.
Coat the fish with flour, and dip into the egg.
Coat them well with breadcrumbs.
Now fry them until golden and cooked through both the sides.
Well, they dont need sauce to go with.. But make sure they stay and one place and not roam around with these sticks all over the house. Else, you know who will stink.
