Moms.. get back into skinny jeans

After we have our baby, our next big concern is to take care of that little one. Everything else slips off our minds including our husbands. With the very little time we have when do we even think of having time to ourselves?  The excess baby weight gain within months after delivery is so common among us. During your pregnancy we had  tried to work out in the beginning but any woman who has been pregnant knows by the end of the pregnancy this is just not possible anymore.
The naked fact now is we are out of shape and out from our fav skinny jeans.

As for me dieting and cutting out favorite foods to the extreme never worked..I am a food lover. I can never sacrifice food. I may gain weight and look as giant as an elephant but i will never say 'NO' to food.

So, how did i loose 30 pounds in 5 months and got back into my skinny jeans?

It was JAZZERCISE
Best part: Some locations have baby sitters for $1/class. How cool is that!
*This is not an ad, I am promoting Jazzercise because i love it and it has been very effective than any of my other fitness regime. I hope somebody utilizes this blog to see the weighing machine meter go down.

As their website says "Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. 1. Hi!!!

I came across your blog recently, may be a month ago and completed reading through all your posts on your blog... Very interesting read!!!Omy is very cute....
I also have a 19 month old boy now. Omy's and my son's activities seem to be very similar including the eating habits etc. Only difference is that my son was not completely on breastfeeding. He was supplemented on formula feeds... This post on Jazzercise is also very informative and is motivating me to sign up to start getting back to shape.

    Thanks again!!!
